cool i thought it was a failure but looks good i prep some new dishes with agar PC them for 40min and the next days i will do a transfer for me it looks the mycellium growth quick. any tips which is the best part of the mycellium too transfer i read somewhere not the part in the middle?

how much pieces too transfer per plate 1 in eache corner ore only one piece in the middle for each plate?

one piece per agar plate, small. In the middle normally, or you can do towards the edge. Can't see clearly, but people tend to go for the fastest, most rhizo growth. Whatever seems to be winning

Make multiple plates!

hey, this is DC MAc Species didnt know much about this but read good thinks also have Jack Frost growing too only one Plate with healthy looking Mycellium but know i do a trasfer from the DC Mac because i see a tiny mold spot in the edge so i do a 3 x transfer too Agar. i place the plates upside down.

next Days Jack Frost isolation too new Plats will do also a 3x transfer.
