….and we’re off! Looks like our troopers are already charging forward, and that’s good, but conserve your strength and energy, my brothers, as this will undoubtedly be a long slog through some shit in the coming months.

By the way, where the fuck is Cakewonder?? Can’t have a cake war without Master Sergeant Cakewonder along! I posted an invite in the CWII thread, hoping he’ll see it and come over.

Just started the PC!

Ground up a kg of brown rice flour, ran out, and then did a few WBS Flour (marked with gold square for comparison), which smells great when mixed with coir. maybe I should have ground it finer, but oops, snience.

Using some jam jars like a noob from 2005 for old times sakes!

I'm sure you can find these around, but in Canada, Dollarama has these containers that cronicr used in his thread, I like them a lot, dirt cheap, can fruit them from even inside their container. I'll be experimenting.

Also have a bunch of these old containers I used to use for pastyplates. Gonna make tiny cakes. Can we have a micro cake category? For smoll cakes for smoll wittle animal babies?

Got half of a syringe of Yeti LC i made that I will inoculate some of the jars with. Then gonna try doing some Coyopolan (Wild Mexican) MS that I was recently gifted.

Whaddup, cake cultivators, I made up some spore syringes last night before bed just after 12 PST... it's going down, these are older spores, so we shall see, but high hopes to resurrect some of my original prints from the Cube only days.

20cc syringe, the other two are 12's

Alright, 12 half pints:

6 cups Verm
3 cups BRF
3 cups H20

Get you some cheap Rice.

Break out the grinder

Pre soaked Verm

Perfect amount, a little leftover for my recycled soil, tiny snack!

Cooling in the PC currently, lock has dropped, and I will Knock them up tonight and get this started right. Making these cakes reminded me of mixing up my woodie HWFP blocks in a bucket when I first started out, until I switched over to doing bags inside the bag. I might make some HWFP cakes, maybe an oyster here and there, who knows these things.
