Wait a little bit longer. The first 2-5 days the cake will just start to get fuzzier and have little ryzomorphic strands sticking out. A few days later, it should start pinning. If you still don't get anything within a week, then you might have a problem..

sorry,no shroom advice, just wanted to say that i had a really fun time about a year ago at the modern art museum on a field trip while on acid!!!!!!! thats like one of the best places to go while tripping, no one seems to notice u :wink:

everything sounds normal to me, man. My cakes just grew fuzz at first, too, but now they are pinning. In a few days you should notice these tiny little white dots on the mycelium, those are what you want. They will soon start to protrude and then look like tiny little mushrooms. You just have to wait. Be patient, and the shrooms will come.
