The have you tried cold shock, if the cakes are fully colinized put them in the frige for a bit.
or give them some light if you haven't already.

I've got another test cake in my newly designed terraruim and it also isn't producing any fluffy mycelium. At first my temp was a little high which lowered my humidity a little, but even after lowering temp to 70-74 and increase humidity to about 94+ the cake isn't pinning or getting any more fluffy. I leave my light on 24/7.

I've got the test cake in a little dish with verm under. I keep spraying the verm with H202 but it doesn't seem to produce any more myceluim or pins.
I don't know what to do except wait and see.
