Cakes not fruiting, fuzz growing

I took out colonized cakes about ten days ago and there is only one small shroom growing, but there is a lot of fluffy white mycelium. The fluff is about 1/4 inch thick. I know it is not cobweb contamination, so i don't know. I'm using Orissa India and i've heard that it is a slow colonizer, but is it a slow fruiter? Is my humidity too high? I use perlite humidification. Is this a stalled caked? and is it possible that the stall is due to contamination? I want to trip but i'm wondering if I making a substrate cake tea would have any effect. Help Me OUT!!!!!

Patience is key. Also, I don't know much about the strain you're using but try lowering your temperature in your terrarium(or whatever you're using). Lowering humidity might help too. But, just wait and see. If it has stalled because of contamination you will know soon enough...
