How is this an emotional response?  It’s clear Trump supporters have no ground to stand on, so you all just try to dunk on libs.  It was cool like 7 years ago but the truth is gas is expensive as shit, food and rent have gone up, job market has hardly improved if at all and we are outsourcing jobs to foreign nations like never before, immigrants are still everywhere, wars we got involved in cuz Israel decided it for us, our president is a felon and chronic hypocrite / thief, etc..

Like what leg do y’all have to stand on?  Changing Lake Ontario to Lake America?

It work for every empire until usa so why not. If any president not named Roosevelt was going to go the genocide conquest route it be Trump. Also not all the middle east just Iran at the moment.  Let the kurds get there promised land.

It's not that logic is bad.  It's that societies are made up of human beings.  Human beings are emotional creatures. You can't run a stable society of human beings without taking into account the emotional well-being of the members of that society. Doing so will invariably lead to problems.

The whole reason we have Trump now is because the emotional needs of the right wingers weren't being met.  Trump validated those emotional needs, and that's how he rose to power.  People were afraid of outsiders, and Trump used that.  Trump identified and exploited the irrational fears of half the nation and was able to make them believe that he had the answer to those fears.
