Grow/cultivate cordyceps only with agar - no LC...

Heyy shroomers..

I receive a wedge of cordyceps, from a member of this comunity.

I put some parts of the wedge in agars..

After I do transfers to clean culture.

Question:

Is it possible inoculate substrate for cordyceps only with micelyum from agar? I dont like to make LC...

Or for cordyceps its mandatory LC??
