First mono tub. Questions regarding pe7

Hello.
20 years ago I I'd pf tek and well...things have changed! Anyways I'm getting mixed info on the best way to proceed so here's the deets.
Pe7 LC on grain with manure sub.
16 days ago I s2b 3 lbs of colonized grain to 15lbs of sub in sab. All went well and on day 14 I had and abort! Temps were maintained at 76-78...the first week of colonization growth was pretty aggressive imo. I cased with pasteurized coco and introduced fruiting conditions and am keeping temp around 73.
Getting mixed research from Google so I figured I'd return to the shroomery like I did 20 years ago. Lol.
Should I stop with the misting, fanning, temp drop and light cycle? I'm reading that I should let the casing get 50-80% colonized before fruiting? Any tips on avoiding blobs?

Mist only if needed, no fanning.
Our tubs are dialed in to fresh air exchange.
12/12 light cycle not necessary, a nice place with daylight is sufficient.
If you have some ~5600K lights, you should use of course.
Temp drops for fruiting unnecessary.
You´re feeling comfortable, so will cubes.

Cubensis don´t need a casing,
they mostly get a pseudo casing from the start.
The tubs get mixed up and set to growing conditions.
Means you don´t do anything but wait for pins.

In the course of the past few days I'm seeing alot of activity. I have been misting 1-2 times a day as the droplets on the casing layer disappear.
My question today...are these "fuzzy feet"?
I read through the post you suggested and with my next round I think I'll do a lightly tamped pseudo casing after s2b and go straight to fruiting conditions as opposed to s2b> colonize> case+fruiting. My logic for this is why waste time and resources when I could just go straight to fruit.
Conditions are the steady at 74-76 still with a 12/12 cycle as the tub is in my closet.

Update 4/21/26
Seeing fresh pinning and new babies poking through the casing. This is taking alot longer than I had expected based on my research. I'm convinced these are "fuzzy feet" so in order to increase fae I'm leaving the lid cattywhompus.
I did harvest a whole 3 dried grams of fruits that had the veil torn. In the near future I will allow them to mature further.
Thoughts on moving forward are as follows. I don't know when the first flush will be complete. This is going alot slower than my automated ksss pf tek from the past. I'm just going to let it ride until I'm not seeing any fresh growth, dunk, and reset at which point I will inoculate 6 lbs of grain with 2.5ml of culture to prepare for round two with the same 15 lbs of sub.

I dunno man...it's a pretty unimpressive first flush. Just wondering what I can do differently next time for better results in less time.

Update.
Harvested about 75% of the first flush harvesting the rest tomorrow. So far I'm at 33g cracker dry.
In regards to dunking before 2nd flush..this casing layer is pretty loose. I imagine most, if not all, is going to rinse away.
I'm not going to add more casing.
In the future I'm switching to bhodis un modified tubs and run cvg sub in a 1:2
I'll post more pics during 2nd flush.
