Human milk has 17g of Lactose per cup. Lactose is one molecule of glucose and one of galactose. A cup of your average soda has about 30g of sugars (45% glucose/55% fructose) per cup.

That said I've been using a lot of honey in my tea lately, not a lot per cup, but lots of cups per day, iirc honey has a whole bunch of different sugars including fructose

I also have a bag of dextrose I was using for my hydration fluid in the summer, perhaps I should put that in my tea instead, higher glucose spike but can be used by any cell in my body by-passing the liver

As demonstrations have escalated, little-by-little, over the past few weeks, there have been several youtube channels, showing split screens with live demonstrations, nightly, at many different ICE facilities.

Some of the liberal demonstrators were altruists and actually rendered assistance to injured, conservative counter demonstrators, a couple of times!

This platform has also seemingly removed (?) video in which press is held 'hostage' and kettled by demonstrators, into the blue line, where it says not block the vehicles.

Antifa was already designated a terrorist organization and Trump just said today they're going to designate it a FOREIGN terrorist organization because they now starting to gather the receipts of how a large chunk of its funding is coming overseas.

It's such a bullshit lie people have bought into that at the higher levels of Antifa, things are not organized. Of course it's organized. Those that receive the funding aren't acting casually.
