Thanks everybody for all your positive vibes and good luck wishes. Everything went amazing today! the baby is super healthy. It's got tiny little arms and legs that we could see it's just about an inch big. kind of looks like a little gummy bear actually LOL.






Today was a tough one for sure. We graduated from the IVF Clinic now we move on and go see our regular OB.


What makes it so extremely hard is this is as far as we made it last time(s).

And Whenever we went to our next appointment after graduating from the IVF clinic.(the one coming up in a week from now)

  Without any warning signs at all. They did the ultrasound and found no heartbeat. We were caught completely off guard.

So now we got to go through that again knowing that even though everything is fine and they told us it's all good. they're still a possibility it could happen again.

@GenesisCorrupted. That's really the only reason we worry. It's PTSD and it's unavoidable. We know that the baby is not worried but for us it's just something we have to deal with because of those past experiences. And the previous two losses happening at the same time in the pregnancy.

Today were 9 weeks and the chances of miscarriage are supposed to be at 5% and under. Unfortunately we always seem to be so unlucky to make those extremely low odd statistics.

So it's not very comforting when they tell us because that's what they told us every time and so far it hasn't made a difference.

We've got our fingers crossed and are staying as positive as we can. It's just when it comes time to actually start getting ready to go in for the ultrasound we start freaking out inside.

We just want to make it through the next appointment; next weekend. and then we've officially gotten farther than last times. And that is huge. And at that point the chances of miscarriage or something happening drops down to like under 1% it almost becomes a non-issue.

So yeah one more week to go and then hopefully we're in the clear and the rest of the pregnancy will be just like any other normal pregnancy. And we will no longer have to worry so much or go to the doctor every single week.


I know it's going to happen for us we're so close. And I really really appreciate all of you guys more than y'all could ever know.

I don't have a lot of people other than my wife in my life that I can talk to and share these things with. The fact that you guys allow me to. and yall show compassion and share empathy and sympathy with me.  It really does give me the strength to suck it up for a minute be strong for my wife and power through.

The mother of all confessions: In a self induced daze, I started misting a couple tubs that looked dry, I got quite a few squirts in before I realized I was misting with 70% Iso. If anyone here thinks they're stupid, please remember me. :frown:

happens more often than not youll probably be ok. i clearly label my iso bottles.

i use a hand sprayer pump for water and the cvs refilled small one for iso. the amount of iso i spray is minute.

I use a water bottle with one of those flippy straw lids, interior straw removed, for my iso. I just slosh it onto my gloves or a paper towel.

Also makes it easier to use when adding a little more liquid to my coir before spawning. I know the iso isn't necessary in my coir, but I feel like it helps prevent any issues after I complete my ritual of jerking off into each freshly opened bucket.

I used to know a guy who made oil from methyl hydrate in his mom's poorly ventilated basement. He said he was cooking it off and heard a woosh then all the walls caught fire with blue flame.

Dude's name was Shroomy Richards. Last time I saw him he was dressed head to toe in tie die with buds stuck into his ear piercing holes.
