Can't fault the oats here tho, this one's all me. I inoculated these (poorly, as can be plainly seen) in July, and then I just kinda checked tf out. 

Whoops.
They fruited in vitro and then contams just consumed everything.
The darker oats from a heavily bacterial jar and the lighter oats from a jar growing a shitton of yeast.

I do still have five unused jars of processed oats from that same batch that ima throw down some shoeboxes with.
So despite all my sloppy work and negligence I got a bit of boost of confidence that my sterilization game doesn't seem to be complete shit, far as I can tell with me naked eye anyway.

The good news is that the spot where they came loose has lots of myc left behind, and both look like they came to rest myc side down! The first one startled me, I caught it on the bounce. The second one made me laugh because it rolled off the table, off my foot, and under the desk.
