It's possible to be original but it is very hard not to be influenced by other people's thoughts and ideas. I think it is good for your education to have a foundation of other people's ideas, so long as you develop into a divergent thinker.

it is not possible to avoid it.
we are trained to try to be the same.
everything is always different but
simmilar in some ways
enjoy the uniqueness of each moment.
it's more about that than
about the specialness of ego
though surprisingly ego is bigger
and more exotic than it was
trained to be too.

i think not.
everything we think has evolved from previous experiences.
all imagination and thought grew from a single pulse.

if anyone here has an original idea, that did not result from anything they read, saw, heard, etc.
i would love to hear it.
