The reason spores are illegal in CA is because of the environmental issues...all spores.

It's the same reason you can't use a gasoline mower, or bring vegetables across the border, buy a car with CA emission standards. etc.

As for Georgia, I couldn't tell you...anti-hippy I guess.

If I were a vendor though, I would definitely NOT send spores to CA...they run a legal business in 48 states, so why take a gamble? Have it sent to a friend outside CA and have them take the chance getting them to you...

The reason spores are illegal in California goes a little deeper than the enviromental issues.

The Spore Lab has been sending syringes to California from Canada for the past 3 years without a problem!
