And You really have no business telling someone you do not know or never met that PF or Sporeworks ships spores to California. Even if they did, which I know they don't, they sure would not appreciate you saying they did. That is really fucking stupid.

Do you know why spores are illegal in California.

Because a teen-age girl, whose Mother was a Congress woman, found that her daughter ordered a mushroom growing kit from a company in Alaska (Power Products) A similar case occurred in Washington state which also affected the Power Products Bust in Alaska.

The parents of this teenage girl eventually became the spokespersons for making sporeprints in California illegal. However, one can still legally purchase opium poppy seeds all over California.

I would like to take a moment of everyones time to explain what happened in Alaska.

On May 6, 1994, Alaska Drug enforcement agents, armed with search warrants, raided Power Products, an Alaskan-based company (with ads in High Times and Psychedelic Illuminations), which sells Psilocybe cubensis mushroom growing kits and spores through the mail.

During the search, agents seized books, glass jars, letters, and business records, including a logbook of all people (estimated at approximately 600)who corresponded with the company or ordered mushroom kits since the company began doing business in March of 1993.

The raid was the end result of a Washington man who alerted authorities after finding his fourteen-year-old daughter in possession of a Power Products growing kit and mushrooms. Washington drug enforcement agents then traced the kit to Power Products in Juneau, Alaska. Similar complaints were filed in California against Power Products.

Some of the charges against the owners of Power Products included [MJ's Note--Here this good], multiple felony counts including psilocybin distribution, aiding and abeting misconduct related to a controlled substance, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Now. Wait a minute. This occurred in 1994. I have no other records from this case. I understand that the Enthogenic Law Review did followup write ups on this caswe, but I have not been aware that any of the 600 people whose adresses the narcs got were ever hassled for their ordering products from Power Products, but Down311Guy kid, do not asked someone else to do something that would get them in jail for your pleasure..

let's think before we post people. Asking for things that are illegal in your state/country is a no no.
