You must mean syringe. Yes, you will need a syringe in order to change a spore print into a spore syringes that is then used to innoculate your substrate jars. A spore prints can be made by taking tin foil (or wax paper or and index card) and rubbing down with some 92% - 99% alcohol and then puting a mature cap on the printing paper and let sit for 24-48 hours in order for the cap to drop its spores. Ofcourse, this will be done in a sterile enviroment in order to make a sterile print and then turn it into a sterile spore syringe. For more information on spore printing and spore syringe making look at the Grow/Find section located on the left frame on your screen.

You're so high that you put this in the wrong forum so I am moving it on over to Mush Cult.

if you are taking a print for identifiecation purposes, then it should be done on paper. half of the shroom on white paper the other half of the cap on black paper, which you will have prepared in advance of your mushroom hunt.

if you are preparing a print of a known mushroom, then sterility is key. it is absolutly a must to be completly anal about sterile proceedure at this process. sterilize everything that comes in contact with the shroom, and clean the shroom.

some people prefer to make propagation prints on the bottom of a pint jar, using a tiny wire chair to keep the shroom from touching the glass. this is for extra conveniance in preparing innoculant from the spores. it also makes for easy sealing incase you decide to keep it for a long time.

most importantly, it is best done when not as high as you are now!
