Help Gauging Colonization

First attempt using grow bags. Hoping for opinions on health / percentage of colonization. I'm sure it's hard to be certain, tried to take several photos in different light / angles. Roughly 57 days in.

it will be difficult for us to issue an opinion without more detail. How did you inoculate the spawnbag? With a spore syringe? If so, here is a thread explaining why we are against direct grain inoculation via spores :

Colonization?  The second pic has pins showing, does it not?  You should have a flush of mushrooms in 7-14 days.

If you've never grown mushrooms before, here's how you start.  First, follow the Updated PF Tek, put 4 holes in jar lids not 1, and use a water tub! 
The next move is Shoebox Tek. After that you move onto grains, agar, monotubs.  Agar is easy, just do it.

A little under seven days in. I believe "blobs" are forming around the edges. Info suggest these are pickable. If so, I was curious when to do so. This is what I found another thread:

"Blobbies will eventually stall out and if left long enough slightly shrink and blue.  Either once they stop growing or when they wrinkle a bit from shrinking is fine.  Actual fruits will get a wrinkle growth under the cap when it’s time to harvest."

Is this accurate?

Yes, blobbing can be common I understand. Though I don't have the experience to advise you when is best to pick such blobs. I am interested in finding out as well.
