ugh..so friggin hungover

I don't know why i have to drink until i'm totally shit faced.Seems like once i get going and i'm in that zone i can't stop....and ofcourse the next day is completely ruined.my whole body aches,hurtin for certain. :sad:

Yeah, but the more you drink the less youll want to get shit faced, at least that is how it was with me. In the past I used to down bottles of hard liqour, now give me a 6-pack of beer and I most likely wont drink all if it.

I probably drank at least 15 beers yesterday,i just kept cracking tops.i'm having a medicinal beer now,to take away that dark feeling.finally getting my appetite back,....just hanging in my room
not gonna do shit today.lay on the bed with the clicker,watch movies, nap.

everyone who ingests more than 3 "doses" of ethanol per day should make sure to have plenty of thiamine (vitamin B1)... supplemental levels of 50 mg to a few hundred milligrams oughta do it...

always drinking until you're shitfaced is a common symptom of alcoholism.. im not saying you are one, but maybe look into it?

my friend has been this way for a long time, every night drinking sometimes up to a half fucking handle of hard liquor

he didn't "get it" until he totalled his car at 5 in the morning after driving while blacked-out ... which he began doing often ... i even told him i no longer wanted to see him unless he started shaping up because i don't want to see him or anybody else hurt , even beyond the fact that he is uncontrollable and beligerent when shitfaced...

he now only drinks one or two beers every once in a while and is back to 'his old self'

unfortunately, he goes in cycles of being 'okay' and then an alcoholic/drug abuser, and so on ... its happened for many years now, since ive known him in 8th grade, actually ...

dont get to this point to realize you need to stop drinking, i think you really need to sit down and think about what you are doing and why you do it ...
