Waking up feeling hungover/drained...from nothing?
    #7207029 -

Lately, every once in a while (today it happend) I will wake up in the morning feeling like i'm hung over, but without the headache. I have a lot of mental cloudiness and a general drained feeling, even though I got 8 hours of sleep, haven't had any alcohol in over a week, and its been probably 4 or 5 days since ive smoked any weed.

Does anyone else get this? What can I do about it? Caffeine seems to help, but not completely.

Exercise, drink natural juice, eat vegetables and spend some time in nature.
Also you can take 5-HTP and Smart Oxygen.

All this time I've loved you
And never known your face
All this time I've missed you
And searched this human race
Here is true peace
Here my heart knows calm
Safe in your soul
Bathed in your sighs

Caffeine might be the issue, as well as a badly scheduled alcoholic drink here and there. The sleeping pattern thing is very sensitive mechanism, which is why I sort of wish I didnt screw around with sleep inducing substances too much when I was younger. Happiness, caffeine in moderation, and no alcohol for 3 months has cured my sleeping habits. (8 hours a day at most feeling refreshed in the morning)

I feel like that when I don't drink very much water. Caffeine and alcohol make it worse.

how is your sleep during the night?
do you go to bed when you're tired or stay up later?
" " eat big meals before bed?
" " breath through your mouth all night?

just some things to consider

I second this. I feel that way when I'm dehydrated (though there's usually a headache too). Try drinking several glasses of water throughout the day and see if that changes how you feel in the morning.

Worms is a subject that doesn't come up much in regards to humans. Some of us worm our pets regularly but do we ever stop to check ourselves for the telltale signs? Do I feel lethargic? Does my bum itch? How about my hair? Should I take the pills my dog gets or is there an over the counter medication? How often should I worm myself? I really don't know.

sometimes that happens to me.
i figure it's just a dream/dreams i had that i couldn't remember.
because i have felt like that before after remembering a dream that just made me feel completely empty and out of it.
