According to Gartz 1994; Stijve and de Meijer 1993; the psilocin content for cubensis is 0.60% .

Some of this is lost when dried.

Work out their equivalent dry weight, by drying 100g from the same batch. Then dose as if you were taking dried. The trip won’t be stronger, it will be faster, cleaner, and less “dark”. With fresh, there will still be psilocin. With dried you basically have psilocybin with very little psilocin left. Hence less for your body to do to get the psychoactives (psilocin) into your brain.

I much prefer fresh over dry anytime.
