Now that it's been a little while and I can look back in hindsight...

....I def had a rather strong reaction to it .


Very soon after getting it I started to feel like I had the flu...Within just a few hours I was already feeling "sick", I'd say I felt the "first alert" that I was starting to feel unwell about 3 to 4 hours after and by around 5 to 6 hours after I was already feeling cold and wanting to curl up under some blankets and my body was aching more with each passing hour (lethargy & slightly weak feeling, sleepy through out the days, cold/shivers/shaking, muscle/body aches & pains, cloudy and "off" feeling headspace, mildly upset gut/bowels).

The worst of it was the first day/night after I got the shot, the morning after the symptoms weren't as strong but I still straight up felt like I was sick/had the flu through out the entire day and that night. It was enough that I was wondering if I may have just coincidently got sick with something right around the time I got the vax, but all the symptoms subsided within a couple days and the entire thing lined up with when I got the vax so no doubt that's what it was.

It lasted almost 48 hours...When I woke up 2 days later I felt totally normal and actually pretty good in general, not even a slight hint of any of those symptoms.






Again, I haven't kept up with this thread or even much of the news/discussion around this entire ordeal....

Another thing I've wondered about though...Are kids not all that vulnerable to becoming infected with covid? For some reason the impression I've had from the lil bits of things I have heard is that not all that many kids have caught the virus(?) and kids in general aren't as vulnerable as adults and elderly?. Just seems strange to me....Anyone want to comment on that?
