Fuzzy Feet Shoeboxes

So I have read that shoeboxes are pretty much sit and forget, but i seem to be having alot of fuzzy feet. So it seems fuzzy feet are caused from either too much moister or not enough FAE. I have tried fanning them even and still am getting fuzzy feet some. Should I be opening the lid off totally at some point? Would that help?

Here are some pictures of one particular bad case of fuzzy feet.

Depends, the loose lids that come with shoe box’s are usually enough, if it looks like it really needs it just crack the lid, flip it over or top it with an empty shoe box

feet will always have some fuzz.. if is coupled with poor pin set/formations then u shoud worry. take a look at trusted cultivators grows.. t

So what exactly is it about a bad pinset and fuzzy feet that I should worry about? If it's contamination, I thought even mushrooms that come from bacterial spawn are okay to eat?

Here is a grow that I'm wondering if this is what you are talking about. I dont know if the pinset is all that great. Is it a grow I should worry about?

Pinset isn't a canopy, but I would bet that the total weight is that of the same run with 100 little mushrooms in the same size box with the same spawn ratio.

Also I would eat everyone of those and I don't see anything wrong with them.

I wouldn't worry so much about canopies, I have 2 strains of KSSS going, one is a mutant and the other looks normal. The normal puts out canopies of small fruits and the mutant puts out giants but they're spread out. The both put out about the same amount in the end, they just look and behave differently. Biological efficiency is what is important not aesthetics.
