Of all of Falcon's positions in this forum over the last few years, this is by far the oddest of them all. It appears to be, "I don't know what is going on with this election fraud thing, but I know that you guys aren't being rational about it."

That sounds reasonable.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them. I also attack my side if I think they're wrong. People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

We're at the point where the proponents of the fraud theories have had their day in court. They've lost every time, so far. Press conferences aren't evidence. Guiliani talking for an hour and a half while his hair dye runs down his cheek isn't evidence. I did watch that video. I watched a lot of videos. In them, I saw no evidence of fraud.

The first rule of evidence in any case is: What the lawyers say isn't evidence.

So your preferred method of information gathering on the subject is via third party discussion on the shroomery, rather than directly reading the primary material yourself. And then, when the back and forth debate was dismissive of the material, did you accept people's opinion? No. Did you take the time to read the material yourself? No. You just accused everyone who did read (and then dismiss) it, of not wanting to discuss the subject.

Does that seem like a reasonable approach to you??

In this case that was my approach, as the video evidence people posted was hours long.

No, I didn't watch them all because they were too long. Yes, I was interested in why people were being dismissive of them, and it appeared people who criticized the videos didn't actually watch them. That's was kind of my point here - how can you be so dismissive of evidence without watching it?

Video evidence? Why have you suddenly switched to talking about video evidence when this was the evidence you reposted, and then admitted you never read. It's text - not video.

You didn't personally read the touted evidence; you assumed those who criticized/dismissed the text didn't actually read it; you shifted the onus from needing to prove a claim for it to be valid, to needing to disprove a claim for it to be invalid. Any other significant lapses in your critical thinking process?

You've had no problem analysing minutiae when it involves defending Assad - but can't be bothered to read anything when it involves possible fraud in your presidential election? Your priorities really seem misplaced.

I think that's a necessary position for him to hold. I find it highly unlikely FW has not been keeping up on the election fraud nonsense - presidential elections are big things and FW is a politics buff.

Rather, FW knows that the claims of fraud fit firmly in his favourite category of 'make believe' - so he doesn't want to make his support explicit - but based off his vote for Trump, and his claim to currently not know whether they believe the election was legitimate or not, it's a fair assumption that FW considers the election to have been illegitimate.

If FW believes the claims of election fraud, hasn't been able to find anything to support that belief, but doesn't want to change their position, then 'I don't know what is going on with this election fraud thing, but I know that you guys aren't being rational about it,' is a pretty safe position to hold.

Can anyone come up with a rational (yeah I know) explanation for what Trump's motivations are for these actions. Is he stalling for time while he psychologically digests losing? Is he honing his fund raising skills, which have been quite impressive since the election, but will that continue after the last nail is in the election coffin? I'm sure he would love to see his followers pay off his personal debts, which I assume is possible if he says he's taking donations for some loosely defined cause.

Trump cannot handle being seen as a loser. His plan is clearly to keep claiming victory until it's too late, then he'll cry foul for the rest of his life, saying that he was cheated.

It doesn't matter. He wouldn't win in 2024. It'd be a miracle if he even got the nomination.

Since this thread is apparently still going strong, here's your daily reminder that the Democratic so-called "left" openly engaged in massive election fraud to win the 2020 election:

There are landslides and then there are landslides. There are lopsided votes and then there are lopsided votes. There are egregious examples of vote manipulation and then there are really egregious examples of vote manipulation. What surfaced during hearings in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on November 25, 2020, may set the standard for electoral outrageousness. An expert testifying to the Pennsylvania Senate flagged a batch of ballots that recorded some 570,000 votes for Joe Biden and only 3,200 for Donald Trump.

Yes, you read that correctly. That would equate to Joe Biden bagging 99.4 percent of that enormous chunk of votes. That one batch alone would have flipped the state to Biden.

This bombshell was dropped last Wednesday at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg. The November 25 hearings, which began at 12:30 p.m. and ran for nearly four hours, were convened at the request of Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, and York counties). It was sponsored by the Senate Majority Policy Committee, chaired by Sen. David Argall (R-Berks/Schuylkill). Mastriano has called what happened “unacceptable,” and has called for the resignation of Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar.

This particular gem was provided by Ret. Col. Phil Waldren, a former combat officer with a background in Army information and electronic warfare. Waldren, who testified along with Rudy Giuliani’s team, brought to the hearing his considerable expertise in analysis of election-data fraud. After Waldren presented his material, the chair opened the floor for questions. Rudy Giuliani went first, asking Waldren to clarify what his analytics team means when they talk about “spike anomalies” in voting patterns. These, as Waldren defines them, are “events where a numerical amount of votes are processed in a time period that is not feasible or mechanically possible under normal circumstances.”

https://spectator.org/pennsylvania-bombshell-biden-99-4-vs-trump-0-6/

The election fraud is so incredibly blatant that it could make one's sanity literally melt. I guess they think they will get away with it because they have 99% of the media, the deep state, the intelligence community, and social media platforms actively covering it all up on their behalf, engaging in a censorship spree of epic proportions, on top of many millions of individuals who would rather plunge their heads into the sand than have to admit to the truth.. Like many of you on this forum.

Unfortunately for them, though, there are many millions more who will know the truth, and see this sham election for what it was.

It just blows my mind that the Left would rather tear the country to shreds, steal the election and literally destroy the republic rather than see Trump elected to a second term. They are psychopaths. It's rather painful to watch them self-combust the country like this.

But I'm not surprised really, not after how they Lied about Trump being boosted by "Russiagate" in 2016 and then attempted to impeach Trump for something which facts have since proven which Joe Biden was 100% guilty of (getting that prosecutor fired in Ukraine), and for which, in a fair and just world would have automatically disqualified him from the 2020 election. But that's what happens when you have the deep state on your side... you get to get away with whatever you want, while twisting and distorting reality to fit any Lie you can imagine.

What an incredibly sad state of affairs.

If the deep state is so entrenched and good at what they do, why did they let trump win 4 years ago? Why is Bill Barr, one of trump’s most ardent lapdogs, saying there is no evidence of election fraud as recently as yesterday?

Yeah can someone explain why the deep state would let a blow hard pass a bunch of laws they want passed and take all the blame for it?

Next you’ll tell me Bill Barr was in the Bush administration and trump isn’t some strange aberration of corruption.
