Good tek fb, but is it sterlile enough. Does the peroxcide kill the germs.

that looks VERY good. Thank you so much man. Also with the agar tek, can I inject plain spores straight from a syringe? Or does it have to be the mushroom + h202 slush?

I'm pretty sure it does. I've had it go both ways. Great success first time, great failure next time... I think I just got too sloppy. I know it can work.

I don't see why you couldn't use spores, but just remember that (as far as I can remember) pure-breed cloned mycellium always produces more mushrooms than spore-grown because with spore grown, only the mycellium with the genetics to fruit fruits. All the rest is just a waste-of-space, and I've seen this. The one time I was able to produce from a clone, I saw MUCH DIFFERENCE in first-flush yield (I friuted cake style and it rivaled my previous records with 50/50 cased spore-grown mycelium), along with some nifty two- and three-headed growth patterns.

Is there any way to tell if the syringe is sterile?? wouldnt it be better to use more h202??

You'll know if your syringe is sterile. It depends on if you sterilize it. As for knowing if the mycellium mixture is sterile, the only way to find out is to use it. If you want to a lot of h2o2 in the process, go right ahead... just don't use more than you need.
