I know most of you spend a lot of time posting here or working on the computer, I know I do. Make sure you remember posture! This will help prevent backache, carpal tunnel, or other painful problems.

Remember to sit upright with a lumbar support cushion (if possible).
Use a wrist rest for your keyboard and/or your mouse. If not, keep your wrists completely flat while typing.
Make sure you look directly at your monitor and dont slouch at all! Yea, slouching is fun but we all know neck and back pains aren't.

Lol, j/k... as a matter of fact I was correcting my posture as I was reading that, thanks for the friendly reminder.

Its like this, do you wanna slouch and end up looking like a slouch or sit straight and look straight up healthy? :wink:

I think that everybosy as they read that try tried to sit up right and correct their posture. I just think that that is kinda funny... but then again, im pretty gone right now, so sorry if im the only one who finds that amusing
