I recently added organic corn flakes to some PF style jars in place of the BR powder. It's been about 2 months and thats the only cake left that hasnt been attacked by contams or hasnt stopped flushing (5 flushes) so i'd say it works pretty well, i want to try some new teks using different substrates (like tha corn flakes) they seemed to work out well

thats what i'm all about, i tried all different organic type cereals like kisu and 'organic' corn flakes with no sugar and shit on them. My parents are health nuts so i just go over there and say i want to eat healthy.

No but really, i dunno about rice cakes, sounds neat but i know my corn flakes work.
