3D has become a shadow node on the information superhighway -- Zaprudered into surreal dimensions of the purest speculation -- he has become a form of semiotic shorthand for the evil that lurks in the hearts of men, or more correctly, out in the dark woods just beyond the light of the campfire.

He has morphed into the purest form of information -- a brand -- a phonetic sound byte to be infotized and commodified by the whims of others. Having lost control of his own image presentation in the infosphere, his infotized-self, having far out-stretched the controls of his own synapses and sinew, he has become nothing more than a control structure to facilitate the codification of correct moral behavior in the gelatinous, pink, nasci of this emerging century, so that they can later be plugged into the grinding machinations of a tertiary, post-geographic, economy with little fuss or muss...

He has become the control brand of the shoe brand makers!

If he is not careful, and does not engage a public relations firm soon, for spin control, then there is a distinct danger that no one will ever name their babies, "3D," again...
