why isn't there an option to rate someone 0 shrooms?  some people don't even deserve 1!

Think of 3 as 0 and you have -1, and -2 at your disposal.

You could add a comment such as..... I'd rate this jackass lower if I could but due to limitations in the rating system beyond my control, I can't.

that would probably not be a bad way to do the system. Have 3 as default where it is a neutral rating, then -1,-2 for 2 shrooms and 1 shroom respectively.
