I myself have a nice amount of programming knowledge. I'm taking a wild guess that a member's rating is stored in an array, which did not have enough memory initialized to it. Maybe try and see if other people can rate him? If my guess is right, the bug will be very easy to fix. I don't know PHP, but those are rudimentory programming issues that don't change much from one language to the other.



The fact that M_M has 101 ratings is another clue. If PHP uses zero-based arrays, which it probably does, an array initialized to 100 would contain 101 slots of available memory. Maybe matts simply threw the number 100 in the code as it seemed enough to him at the time.
