He only became a millionaire after the 2016 election though. Someone who lived 657 years (or however old he is) as a middle class American can talk shit about billionaires.

Unrelated: I really liked Bernie’s Colbert interview last night. He sounded like 2016 Bernie, not this new, sleepy Bernie.

Jeez.  You could have said...

'Bernie Sanders worked his whole life and was successful at his career.  He never became a cocaine addict or an alcoholic or got divorced or otherwise wasted his money and his wife also worked a successful career too and he's old now and, yeah, he saved up a few million.  Nothing wrong with that.'

"Owning three houses is nothing compared to having multiple billions worth of wealth.  Its not even the same universe.  If having some money is a bad thing, how many times badder is Trump than Bernie then?"

I ain't no Trump supporter.  I figure everything he says is so stupid that it might not even be required to say a word against him.  He does a better job of it himself.

Here’s a fun fact:

The most profitable event of Trump’s life isn’t a casino opening or a real-estate deal. It’s his father’s death.

Got a chuckle reading your post.  You must have gotten ole JR mixed up with someone else.

I'd make a gentleman's bet that 3/4's of JR's posts in this sub have been something negative/critical of trump, trump policy, or in rebuttal of someone's positive trump comment.  And said posts have been prolific as of late.

if the margin of error is higher than the difference between Sanders and Warren
would that be used as a valid reason to claim no clear leader?

It could, but the heading "NO CLEAR LEADER" has the largest font, and is the first thing one sees. I havent seen many polls with headings like that. Given that Bernie has gotten less coverage/downplayed, its reasonable to assume.

In the last two days I have read stories in the MSM about Trump and Biden going after Bernie. This is great news as it demonstrates that those two and the mainstream has been forced to recognize that Sanders is a real threat to win.

It is becoming increasingly difficult for the media to marginalize Sanders' campaign. Besides the young, and confirmed lefties, Bernie is picking up momentum from the segments that got Trump elected, the large segment of the working class that is disillusioned, and rural voters. The latter is evidenced in his good Iowa numbers.

If Bernie is the nominee he instantly gets a bunch more support. without making any conscious effort to lump them into one bloc, women will support him against Trump, and that includes black women. Black men favor Biden currently, but if he's out of the way, they still vote Democrat. Hispanics will vote for Bernie. I don't know his policy on new immigration (certainly less radical than AOC's abolishing ICE), but I don't believe Bernie will deport anyone who is here now. Bernie will have the most rational policies with Israel of any president in history, and it wont cost him many Jewish votes, because they weren't buying what Trump was selling.

With each passing week it looks more and more like Bernie Sanders will be the next President.
I don't know how much he can accomplish, but I think medicine, higher taxes on the rich, staying out of unnecessary foreign wars and financial regulation can all be pushed through.

Congress will not approve any of those issues, not gonna happen.

Also, I think Trump might do even better with women now. I wouldn't underestimate that possibility.

CNBC calls it a "logjam" at the top, but emphasizes that "Biden has a significant edge in national polls and in surveys of Nevada, while he has a massive lead in South Carolina".  Nevermind the states where Bernie is leading (New Mexico, Oregon, Colorado, Iowa).

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

While Congress might not be in favor of those things right now because most are bought by the rich, I wouldn't underestimate the power of Bernie winning and others trying to keep their seats...

I think a Sanders victory would provide a different congress, but you might be right.

I am always curious why you think the elites are an unstoppable force in repelling economic changes that would benefit most, yet you believe that the elites who benefit greatly from illegal immigration could be stopped on that issue.

At any rate I would be glad to take a friendly small wager that Trump doesn't do better with women this time. Actually I don't know how it could be verified. No one really knows how someone voted. We could use some agreed on polling results.

And it’s a totally accurate headline. There is no clear leader. I’m gonna vote for sanders but Jesus Christ his supporters are snowflakes
