Glove box and flame sterilization

Hey so this will be my second grow, and I currently have a 2 year old glove box I plan to use.

I'm going to thoroughly spray the inside with lysol first since it hasnt been used in a while, then after that wait 15 minutes to let it settle. My question is related to how to do the flame sterilization. Obviously I don't want to do it inside the box for safety reasons, so I'm going to do it outside. Should I flame sterilize each needle individually, then place it in the glove box and inoculate the jar, then do the next needle, or should I flame sterilize all the needles first then place them inside the box all at once, and then sterilize each jar individually after that?

It would seem the second way would be better I think, since you wouldn't be opening and closing the box each time to sterilize a needle and inoculate. But I'm not sure and it's been a while since I've done this, so any help yall can provide would be appreciated.

Take the gloves off, make it a SAB, and sterilize outside the box. Flames inside
the box mix up air currents.  SABs work better and aren't potential bombs
since you dont need lysol :lol:

Flame > inject. Flame > inject. The more time you leave things hanging around, the more opportunity there is for them to become contaminated. Also, like was said, do it outside of the box so as to not esplode.

Sonic's "I'll buy a pressure cooker someday" Instant Pot times and settings:
  • Popping Corn Rapid Re-hydration - Half fill all containers with corn. Empty into Instant Pot. Cover with water. Run 30 minutes on PC. Release, remove, dry.
  • Wheat/Rye Berry Soak Re-hydration - Half fill all containers with grain. Empty in pot with water. Soak for 6-12 hours, air dry until surface is completely dry.
  • Grain Jar Sterilization - Run 2 - 2.5 hrs on PC
  • PastyPlates, MEA Formulation- Run 45 minutes on PC
  • LME Liquid Culture - Run 45 minutes on PC
