1. Assuming everyone being chemically castrated is a convicted child molestor.
2. Assuming everyone convicted as a child molestor actually molested a child.
3. Assuming that everyone who actually molested a child was fully aware of their actions
4. Assuming that chemically castrating these people would stop child molestation
