I don't see the relevance of large enthusiastic crowds at Trump rallies when he never gets decent approval ratings. You don't get to vote more times based on how much you love the guy.

His base IMO gets a cathartic emotional response at the rallies. They love him because they are sick of hearing about the rights of women and gays, and the last President who had the audacity to say some critical things about the U.S. I definitely don't think the people who attend his rallies are the ones who benefitted from his economic policies.

Exactly. Hes able to energize and motivate his entire base into voting for him. The media said he had no chance at winning, yet he convinced a huge part of the population to vote him. How did he do it if it wasn't for speeches? The media definitely didn't do him any favors

it wasnt the speeches. it was the populations ignorance and willingness to be misled. he speaks like a child. those that voted for him wanted someone they could understand better than your seasoned politician. he said he was a great businessman but refuses to show his actual earnings losses, tax returns.

So where did they get the idea to vote for him if it wasn't for his speeches? The media shilled for Hillary and continually shit talked him... if you listened to the news there was no possible way that you could get the idea to vote for him. Its funny how the media was misleading about trump and he still won :shrug:
