question about random cow patties

i searched and could not find this question being asked

has anyone or does anyone know if like.. i went and collected many cow patties from different places, not showing any signs of fungai and watered them in the shade outside if its possible to get somthing?

like a free scratch off poop pattie for fungai.. 

anyone ever try it?

i wonder if every cow fields has them but its just not the right conditions for them

ive found patties that had non actives in them i wonder if its possible to water those and if other species could grow aswell?

I mean... to each his own I suppose... probably best to just go foraging after a rain? Try to find an actively growing specimen to clone, no poo collecting/transporting/harboring necessary... a lot of cattle feed has fungicide in it anymore...

Fungi aren't real good at sharing space: if there is another species present, there's a good chance, it's the only present
