Need help to identify mushrooms I found. Please and Thank you!

Habitat:
Found in a small cluster on some side lawn grass, near a bush. Out in the open

GiIls: Black to Dark Brown

Stem:
Ranging from 2-4 inch in length., white/cream smooth solid, thin

Cap:
Diameter: 4cm - 1 inch dark brown and light brown, frilled, conical concave, looks like a sombrero also has a nipple on top,

Spore print color:
Black

Bruising:
None that I see

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Bro I already said what I think they look like based on the pics and your description.

Could be Panaeolus olivaceus, which is listed
as active, seems to match IMO.
