I agree with the other people that say fluoride is a toxin, me being a mostly herbal kinda guy I try to steer clear from chemicals as much as possible fluoride calcifies the pineal gland which is why they used it in WW2 basically to make people more docile.
With that being said if your interested with healing your teeth and gums, rather punishing them with more chemicals. Try brushing your teeth once or twice a week with Grape seed Oil its extremely alkaline for your body and does wonders to your mouth and insides. just trying to help have a good one

thats why i said MOSTLY its 2019 everything's a chemical. you cant breath air with out breathing chemicals but does grape seed oil effect you the ways fluoride does NO Sir...in this day of age avoiding heavy metals is almost impossible, grape seed oil is not a heavy metal but fluoride is  a aluminum by product with does d.



or just stop eating like shit eat more fruit and vegetables and your breath will naturally stop smelling like shit brush teeth with herbs. or if your lazy just get them pulled then its a win win

Yeah. Different water sources vary widely though in their respective ppm so check your local water source's annual ppm analysis.

they make a food grade type hydrogen peroxide I believe the food industries uses it for washing bulk veggies and what not but yeah that popped in my mind when I read that!
