Who knows if they’re qualified or not? The people who put them on the board would know. It works no different than affirmative action. Either you’re just upset that the state is promoting diversity, or you don’t think blacks or women are as qualified as white men.

Exactly, why would any company want to be forced to put potentially unqualified people into that position? 

Do you really think policies like this could promote "diversity"? No, all it does is build resentment and animosity.

Do you think those people that benefit from this form of "diversity" ever obtain any level of respect from other people?  No they don't, in fact the qualified women and blacks also suffer from the same stigma.

There is no other race that hates themselves more than Caucasians. Blacks, Asians and Hispanics don't share this trait.

Why would they choose a woman or African-American who wasn't qualified?  Are you really so bigoted that you believe there might be no qualified women or blacks to serve on a board?

All people can't get along because they have different values and ideologies that constantly come into conflict with each other.

Attempting to force people to accept those conflicting values absolutely creates animosity. Suggesting that outcome is nonsense is just living in a fantasy land.

It's nearly impossible to determine who is "better qualified" from a giant pool of highly qualified individuals.
Yes, some people favor white males amongst a pool of equally qualified candidates.
