Best Tub for a Newp

Got my first op colonizing in some jars of corn and wbs just wondering what would be the most noob friendly tub to set up? Ive got about 4-6lbs of spawn and am going to be mixing that with pasturized coco choir and verm at about a 1:2 ratio (if this sounds right?). Any suggestion would be great and ill post up some pics of the jars so you can see how its going!

What do pints have to do with it? These are 16oz jars. I have 4 of them.

You only have 4 and doing a 1:1 ratio on a bin will be impossible( tiny bins?! Micro bin?>). maybe a shoe box. You dont NEED that 1:1 it will just give you a whole lotta extra insurance to know it has a high chance of going well.

In any of the bins i have them being 16 oz jars would leave you with a very thin sub. 1:1 2:2 is the same thing it be more like 1:3 or something. not sure. depends on size of tub.

Tis what i use. but....I guess i'm an older cultivator....i remember when the damion5050 tek was posted ( but dont use it. I actually use coir coffee and gypsum)

I was planning on using this actually real tiny tub lol you think itd work? Idk the diameters just something i had on hand. Id like to do the unmodified but i dont have enough spawn for a 32 qt i domt thin :frown:

Will do! Thanks for the info guys idk what i would do without you all :smile: Ive got 6more 16oz jars of wbs colonizing a bit behind these ones so if all goes well ill have no reason to not keep doing shoe boxes they seem really cool and mono tubs are intimidating. Putting all the marbles into one basket is something my grandma advised me against 😂
