That's awesome. Years ago I got a Homestead Kit to grow some mushrooms for the first time. Wound up with a PE shoebox. Those things were killer. Lotsa good times with those. We were so eager we ate them fresh just eyeballing chunks. Had no idea they were any different than regular PE.

And nice work. Taggin along for the ride. :popcorn:
