So after months and months of agar work i got some results.
F2 golden halo PE/ MELMAC cross showed a few fruits with the desired traits, well almost i would like to see more spore ejection so lots of work left to do.
The F1 grow showed completely normal cubensis no penis shape no golden spores just run of the mill cubes.
Three methods were done here, the first was simply swiping an S pattern side by side or making an 8 on the plate but the problem was the swabs were a lot fresher and grew out to fast.
The second was doing seperate plates and the second i seen any mycelium it was put to a plate on top of eachother, the third was using isolates  which almost always just formed a trump wall keyword almost😉
These results stem from the second method though .
I will be documenting the rest of the journey so heres to hope
