Developing nation toilets were actually built.

Meanwhile, why would people in developing nations lack the will to use toilets. Its lack of access, in some cases.

Do what now ?
My hash making skills are the reason I know this shit . The other day I made some killer hash , and I came out of my garage coughing a fucking lung out , and as I collapsed on my couch I noticed this guy on the news was going on and on about how people in India don’t like to use toilets , despite the fact that people build them for free .
Normally I would change the channel right away but my couch is huge and the remote was on the other side so I just kinda learned about this problem sorta unwillingly .

It’s atcually a serious issue and I don’t really apreciate you belittleing  me for bringing it up . It’s not like I make a joke out of everything I say .

The answer though, sanitation experts say, doesn’t lie only in building more bathrooms. First, people need to learn to love using the latrine.

"Many people regard open defecation as part of a wholesome, healthy, virtuous life," a recent study conducted in Bihar, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh found.  Researchers at the New Delhi-based

Takin a dump outside is cooler for allot of people . That’s one reason why they are unwilling .
One other reason off the top of my head is mantinence cost . Hole in the bushes is cheaper , allot cheaper in the long run  .  I imagian it could be a burden for someone with no money .

First, the toilet facilities we install are very easy to maintain.  We're not taking home depot toilets and popping them in the ground.  Second, the toilet is the single most important disease control device ever developed.  People in third-world nations aren't stupid. If you explain to them that they will get sick less often by using a toilet, they use a toilet.

Isn’t it funny that the less capitalist a society is the better off they seem to be? Regulating capitalism to the point of least acceptable exploitation is like staying with an abusive husband because he started going to church, or quit drinking.

Just dump the fucking woman beater.

Capitalism is poisonous. It toxicates non-capitalist countries.

Everybody on planet Earth wants iPhone. It's not so much about having great conversations face to face anymore, it's more about texting half-assed one-liners.

Capitalism is the best system we've found so far.  Until we invent something better,  it's our best shot.

Also,  food is plentiful where there is more automation.

:orly:

The product of capitalist countries are all about trashing and playing strategic games with non-capitalist countries.

Until we invent something better,  it's our best shot.

It's just that the very rich will not allow anything better, that's why I say capitalism has an agenda. If capitalism is our best shot most of us are doomed and you know that.

Also,  food is plentiful where there is more automation.

My point is there will be no more food left one day. Unless we seriously up our scientific research. Imagine if everyone consumed as much as the US...

One day, there will be no humans.  That's how evolution works. It's not something to worry about.

Can you name a better functioning economic system than capitalism?

One day, there will be no humans.

You don't know that.

That's how evolution works.

So you know evolution is the ultimate truth? Surely you're wiser than that, Enlil.

It's not something to worry about.

Death is not something to worry about? Keep sugarcoating reality broseph.

Can you name a better functioning economic system than capitalism?

I don't care about economic systems. I'm all about sharing like they do in some harmonious villages in Africa.

If you think that humans CAN exist forever, you haven't been paying attention to what's going on around you.  If you think humans SHOULD exist forever, you've been completely blindfolded for some time now.

If you don't care about economic systems, then don't discuss them.  A few posts up, you said, "Capitalism is poisonous."  That led me to believe that you wanted to discuss it.  If you don't, then don't.

As to your hippie fairytale about people living harmoniously.  Can you give an example of that ever happening in a society of 1,000,000+ humans?

If you think that humans CAN exist forever, you haven't been paying attention to what's going on around you.

Are you sure "forever" is the answer? Maybe there's something deeper much more sinister to it all, "forever" is a human concept. I assume you don't know at all, and that was my point. Living forever is a possibility but in your "rational" mindset everything is confined and 1 + 1 = 2 is the truth.

You're flat out assuming.

If you think humans SHOULD exist forever, you've been completely blindfolded for some time now.

If humanity steps up their game and revolt against your lovely capitalist system we could rack up some nifty (peaceful) lifestyles.

If you don't care about economic systems, then don't discuss them.  A few posts up, you said, "Capitalism is poisonous."  That led me to believe that you wanted to discuss it.  If you don't, then don't.

You asked me if I could name a more functioning economic system. I care not about mentioning a better economic functioning economic system. I like to think ahead of things.

As to your hippie fairytale about people living harmoniously.  Can you give an example of that ever happening in a society of 1,000,000+ humans?

Harmonious African villages where all they do is share is a model to look up to. With the right leadership it could possibly work with societies of more than one million humans.

You say it can, but it never has. There are now close to 8 billion people on this planet. What we see in the world is the product of nature.  Humans do what humans do.  You aren't going to logic humans out of their natural impulses.  That has historically never worked.

You seem to be thinking so far "ahead of things" that you're ignoring the current reality altogether.  If you want to build a computer simulation where simulated people live in harmony, that's fine.  It won't help real humans solve real human problems.

So you retreat back to your fantasy of revolution without any plan whatsoever.  You seem to think that humans are suddenly going to take back the power from whatever shadowy overlord is oppressing them and act fundamentally different from how they've acted since they first emerged in the fossil record.  It's a beautiful dream, but it's still just a dream.

The truth is:  There is no shadowy overlord.  Humans have created the only world we know how to create.

I say what can? Bold my texts like I do with your texts. To get a clear understanding of what we're debating.

You aren't going to logic humans out of their natural impulses.

Science.

If you want to build a computer simulation where simulated people live in harmony, that's fine.  It won't help real humans solve real human problems.

You said it yourself, computer simulation. Now imagine real humans within. Science and maybe something even more advanced could potentially take us there. See what I mean about thinking ahead of things?

Unfortunately your absolutely rotten capitalist system thrives on $202 trillion in wealth (by 2020) for dollar millionaire households. Meanwhile advanced neurotechnologies receive a measly $400 million in budget (2018).

You seem to think that humans are suddenly going to take back the power from whatever shadowy overlord is oppressing them and act fundamentally different from how they've acted since they first emerged in the fossil record.  It's a beautiful dream, but it's still just a dream.

All I did was stating it as a possibility if there will ever be a chance for us to exist peacefully, through altruism and science. Something big must happen, I doubt it will. And surely it won't with mindsets like yours.

The truth is:  There is no shadowy overlord.  Humans have created the only world we know how to create.

The mean entity USA INC. with it's dollar is the overlord. You should know better.

More empty rhetoric and no solutions.

It's easy to talk about how wonderful the world could be. Doing something about it is harder. Try it sometime.
