I got a job and met a beautiful girl, what’s new with you?

Things are looking brighter for me:smile: I stoped smoking so much weed which was holding me back from getting a job and as it turns out I didn’t even need to because it was a spit test. Still glad I’m not smoking a lot though, it truely has made a difference. Not a noticeable difference to anyone around me but Its not weighing on my conscience anymore . Aside from getting the job that I really wanted, I’ve me a new girl that I think I’m going to ask out! I was warming up my car and saw this super cute chick moving in some boxes 2 houses down when her dog busted out. So I ran over and called her dog who conveniently can right to me and we talked for a minute. I think I’m going to get comfortable with my new job before I try asking her out just cus I think that would make things smoother.  I’m really excited, I feel some good fortune coming my way :psychsplit: so what new with you? I wanna hear so cool things going down with my shroomerites.

I’m trying to find a way to buy or rent a house you can read my rant in the other thread titled “affordable housing”, I’m also learning how to cultivate mushrooms. I’m playing music daily and trying to write daily. My credit is looking better. I’m having a really bad week honestly but things are looking up a bit.

Following my dream of being successfully self employed making infused vapes and vape juices. :awedance:

I've been successfully self employed since November, and can pay my bills and provide for myself and my new girlfriend. She even got to quit her job.

Feels good after being screamed at for years in my failed marriage that I wasn't working hard enough and that none of my hobbies would ever amount to anything.

I was really torn up when my ex wife divorced me, but this new girl has really changed my life.

She has a 3 year old son, who I like a lot more than I expected to...

Awesome. I became self-employed last year and I love it. I wish I would have taken that plunge a lot sooner.

Besides that I'm doing good. I have a baby boy coming in about 10 days so I have been working and getting everything ready for him.

Good luck on the woman OP! Don't take too long to make your move.

Congrats buddy, it's such a good feeling when good things start clicking together. U can surely ask her out for a more casual thing before you have settled into your job?

The wife and I have finally made some progress on a side business, got our website up a few days ago. Been a long journey with many false starts but we might actually be on a winner.

Grey6bard: keep working on that credit and get those cards payed off as soon as possible. Buying a house can be really intimidating and fun all at the same time. I’m excited for you. Also the first few months or even years of growing mushrooms it is the best followed by growing huge amounts and pushing your limits, maybe sell some gourmets to some restaurants for side money.

Watermelon mon: you bet man, I’m thinking I’ll be around town sometime when it warms up

I already have a few establishments waiting on me to produce! Then save save save. cool it was just funny to me man , that is all i see in way , i really do love everybody this world is scary lets make it a better place together

everybody was a kid once everybody deserves kindness and happiness 

some people have nothing to eat and are starving not so far away right now , down the road from me too

i am lucky would never want to be anyone else other than myself not in a full of myself kind of way i am sure maybe you understand
