I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

There’s a Catholic halfwaY house for parents to wait for the deformed half human babies to die that they refused to abort. They name them and give them little funerals. It’s fucking twisted. Religion makes people do really disgusting things.

Another gift from god. This shit really makes me angry. If they feeel anything it must just be misery and who’s gonna pay for this things medical care? Not the trash that allowed this to happen I guarantee it.

This interests me
as there is a tradition in Japan
of holding little funerals for aborted or stillborn babies
where the baby is represented by a statue of the Buddhist figure Jizo



not to pass judgement on this as being any more or less correct
but kind of fascinated to see two different religions respond to the issue of abortion in quite different ways
