I Need some advice on Contams.. Ive gotten for the third time Please Help

My Fellow Mycologist, Ive just recently discoverd mycology and Im Highly Interested in this Field, Ive tried to inoculate some LME Agar plates that I made and For the 3rd time ive gotten what seems to me Mold some kind of white mold. I inculated twice in a SAB the first time with just open holes. Then the second time. I added gloves to it so it could be a closed off glove box and got the same results. This is what my Plates have been looking like after a fews days after inoculating i still have agar that was made and it hasnt gotten any contams yet

Definitely ditch the glovebox its doing more harm then good, stick with the SAB and make sure everything is correct(Time in the PC, Your Technique, etc.) and try again. Patience is a virtue in this hobby.

What are you inoculating the dishes with? This is what happens to me if I wait to long to transfer a wild print.

Looks like mycelium to me. Try a few transfer and see what happens. Mine looked like this after lc. Did a few transfers and bam, nice growing mycelium.

I had another question as well, My SAB is about 60 quarts, and i read that using a bigger tub like a 105qt, would help displace the air while working in it, Does any one know if this would help?

Think its because mycelium is scattered everywhere and not just in the centre of the plate

Wouldnt hurt to try a few transfers. Go for those bits near the middle. Tiny cuts and put dead centre of new plates. Flame your knife between each transfer and cool in recieving plate.
Hopefully I am right and you'll see a different growing pattern this time.

I had to restart bc I tossed everything before we last spoke,I just did my first tranfer yesterday from my first lc plate so I will update in a few days
