CLEAN Spawn transfer help!

Hmm....

Seems like everytime I colonize a jar and then try to transfer it to a sterile jar or bag I get contam. Anyone have any good advice on how to do this sterily? I use the oven tek.. but perhaps soaking the cakes in H202 might help?! I dont even kno where the contam could take place... I open the bag onkly for a brief second to plop the cake in and then seal.. all in the oven... hmmm Please let me kno your advise... am I missing something?

Maybe the oven was dirty.
Clean the fuck out of your work area.
Then clean it down with bleach.
Then spray the air with Lysol.
Wash your hands really good.

Or get a glove box.

The oven tek is unreliable.
You could add some H2O2 to your substrate.
