Transferring Mycelium

I'm thinking of doing a transfer. I know contams are a prob without a glovebox. Could I use a 1% peroxide solution to "rinse" the tissue to try and prevent contams, or is the vector of contamination through airborn contams? How about blending up some tissue in a blender with an h2o2 solution and using it to inoc jars through filter material?

Should the US relegalize drugs?

you can build a cheap glovebox out of cardboard and plexiglass....a couple of armholes and you are in buisness....I advise staying away from blenders until you have a lab....

Do you have a HEPA? If not, borrow one. Take a clear plastic garbage bag and cut a hole in the bottom, then tape it to the output of the HEPA. Turn the HEPA on max which will inflate the garbage bag and do all of your work inside the bag.

This isn't my tek btw... read this a while back.
