how much kava to take

I saw kava kava at my grocery store so I grabbed a bottle cause I thought it was weird the store sells it

each pill contains  piper methysticum root 250 mg and kavalactones 75 mg

how many do I take to get h1ghz!

I’m not sure about the dosage, but I would recommend taking them with some fatty food. It always seems to boost the effectiveness of any kava product for me.

I took 4 with some almond milk, I figured 1 gram was a nice even number

Assuming the label is right that is 300mg of kavalactones + 1g of kava. A quick search shows 100-200mg of kavalactones is a good starting dose.

Probably won't be too much but you should be more careful in the future. Kavalactone extracts are possibly hard on the liver in high doses and it's always smart to start low when trying something new.

Personally I'd recommend either getting raw kava root to brew yourself or getting pure kavalactone paste to use alone. That way you can try them alone first, tincture can also be nice. You can find c02 kava extract on ebay fairly cheap.
