I just made my first Kava drink. Just water, cream/dairy and olive oil blended together and strained.
And oh damn, it tastes so much stronger and the numbing is so much stronger than when you try to eat the root.
10 grams this time. Only drank half and I am feeling pretty damn good. It feels like a combination of weed, benzos and opiates.

Yeah I've had mixed experiences with Kava.

The pills from the store didn't do shit.

When I went to a Kava bar in Florida I drank two coconut shells worth and felt fantastic. Just cruised the strip for an hour or so bumping Amon Tobin.

They have new kava chocolate at the headshop near me and those are the way to go. The drink is fucking grossssssss

I ordered some decent kava when I was having pretty shitty etizolam withdraws. It was lighter color and would numb your mouth. It actually helped me a lot but if you have really a benzo tolerance at all it's really not all to potent imo. I ddi enjoy it though especially for tapering. I find these kinds of things always so useful for leveling out. It obviously has GABA activity given that alone.

Yeah the kava bars definitely get super premium shit and they use a sensational brewing method cuz the pills don't do shit - even when I'd eat a handful
