Looking for help on Mushroom ID

Got these growing was looking for help identifying




cap is 1.5-2.5 inches stem is .25 inches

Cap is from tip to edge brown-golden brown-yellow-white/green

stem is yellow

spore print is purple/dark purple - brown

thanks all for help I have no idea what I'm doing! to be clear I am hoping they are psychoactive and safe.

oh they just started growing 3 weeks ago at the end of november after 3 days rain here in Los Angeles. There is a dead tree we chopped 1 year ago whos roots I think they are eating.

when damaged they turn dark brown like in the picture on the left
