Wauw, just look at the micro climate on and around the cake. Looks gorgeous!
I see pins all over that cake not just the cluster at the bottom. It will become more apparent in a day or two

Just have to give you heads up on the one sector at the bottom (9 o'clock) trying to break away and leap onto the coir, explain to it that it's not suppose to leave the growing area

When you have dense clusters of pins focused around a small area
then it's hard to imagine all of those pins maturing into big fruits.
But as long as they grow healthy the cake will fill out and the total 'weight' of the flush will be 'full'

Sometimes you'll get a few big fruits from a 'full flush' and sometimes you'll get many smaller fruits from a 'full flush'. Just focus on keeping good conditions alike you are and mushrooms will keep growing and adding weight to your flushes
