Agreed. People who don't have these conditions are jumping straight into the abuse and have no business taking them in my opinion.


I think that's a very narrow opinion. By that rationale no one should ever take anything they're not prescribed.

Such things can be extremely useful, regardless of ones pre-existing condition.

Yes. If you need it, you should be able to easily explain your situation to a doctor and get it. Unless of course you've found something that works for you outside of common modern medical knowledge, in which case, it can't be prescribed to you.

Is everything else not just recreational usage? :confused: If that's the case, stick to cocaine/dexmethylphenidate. That stuff is way more fun to rail.

A lot are corrupt but not all. When I'm honest to them and I know what I need before going to the doctor I always get what I need. Sorry you don't know how to handle doctors. :shrug: Bringing up past negative experiences about other doctors and talking mad shit is a great way to whip them.

You're just wrong here. The only excuse is if you're well informed already and can't afford insurance.

By helping you to stay focused when you have to do shift work/be up for extended duration/have jetlag and/or need to be at your best.

Like coffee or kratom, but better.

Well the statement about cocaine/dexmethyphenidate was pretty obviously an opinion. I never claimed it to be a fact and obviously it's dependent on the person. But I do find it to have much more recreational value and is generally safer than amphetamine/methamphetamine. I also prefer the shorter duration of action if I'm trying to abuse it.

Taking it to give you energy (be it from lack of sleep or food) specifically will not add anything at all to your ability to focus, especially if you have ADHD. You might as well have not taken it to begin with and in my experience, it's just mental torture.
